Used the Bilstein Sport on my 89 200Q with stock springs
and liked them. They ride is still very comfortable.
Please note that the Bilstein catalog does not show the
correct part numbers for the 200Q!
The front sport shock has part number: P36-0370
The rear shocks for my 89 200Q are BE5-2593 for a M10 thread
and not B46-2065 for a M12 thread like shown in the catalog!! 
You should check the rear shocks on your car and make sure
which thread size is currently used. All 200Q's I've seen so
far except for the 200Q20V have a M10 thread.
