one wheel locking prematurely, was: Re: Active Brake Propertioning vs. Passive

I remember that my coupe braked really well,  even though it had rear 
drums...

On another note.  I just did a full brake job including new fluid, discs, 
pads and proportioning valve....

Now anytime i try to brake hard, the right front (front passenger side) 
wheel locks much too early.  Is there a way to remedy this?

Its really irritating...to say the least...other than that the brakes are 
really good...
