Sir, you expose your ignorance for all to see. The "no software" myth
persists from when the Mac was first introduced in 1984. Over the last 14
years a slew of software has been released, and in fact there are currently
over 12,000 titles available for the Mac, many of which aren't available
for the PC.
But Mac software is somewhat like Audi parts. You can no more expect to
find an Audi part in stock at Pep Boys or AutoZone than you can expect a
Mac software title to be on the shelf at Circuit City or Best Buy (or
Egghead when they were still operated stores). But if you have a Mac or an
Audi you quickly learn where to get what you need. Of course, there are
far more games available for the PC, but I use my Mac to earn a living, not
to play games.
Sorry for the off topic content, but I have two passions, cars (Audis) and
computers (Macs). I just couldn't let Michael's misinformation stand
uncorrected.

I don't do .INI, .BAT, .DLL or .SYS files. I don't assign apps to files.
I don't configure peripherals or networks before using them. I have a
computer to do all that. I have a Macintosh, not a hobby.
