Hmmm.... that's called "cloning". Illegal and prohibited by all cellular
carriers I know of. And I own a cellular dealership, so I sort of keep up
with this stuff =)
If you clone a phone to another's ESN, other that violating FCC regulations,
your account will probably be shut off by the carrier. A "digital
fingerprinting" technology is in place which takes the "phoneprint" from the
phone usually used on your account. If another "phoneprint" suddenly shows up
with the same ESN, they can tell.
