Re: Fuel Mileage 12v V6

On a recent trip to Minnepolis, Mn from northwestern MN, I averaged 27 mpg
doing 65-75 most of the way with the A/C. I drive a minimum of 65 miles
daily at 65-70 (there is 8 miles in town driving at 30-40) and I
consistently get 24 mpg.
Now this is in a stock '92 100 fwd with 95K miles. Using the sport switch
on the tranny does reduce my mileage to about 22, but I have more fun with
it =)

BTW... when I was in Minneapolis this weekend, on I-494 south I saw the
most gorgeous bright yellow A6?Q that was following me (several car lengths
behind) for about 5 miles or so. It turned off on 394. That was one fine
looking Audi... too bad I was in a hurry or I would have slowed for a
better look. I only saw 2 A6s and 1 Wagon on the way down.

just my 0.02 worth.
