Cd changer

Hey guys, 
I had a question , last time I asked here I got a great answer for my audi,
so Ill try you on a question for a benz.  I just got a 99 SLK 230 and was
wondering if you knew where I can get a cd changer for it.  I dont want to
pay the exobitant price from the dealer, are there adapters? I knwo that the
system now uses a fiber optic link, thant may casue some serious
compatabilty problems.
