S4 owners, did I get a good price?

I am the proud new parent of a 92 S4 with 53k miles!  I am buying it
from a Boston area dealer for $20k, does that sound ok?  I have been
hunting around and didn't want to lose out and they did come down $1500
from their advertised price.  It's green with ecru interior and had gone
through an Audi dealer checklist and they did a few things before
putting it out for sale.  Once the dust settles and I get up to the
Boston area next week to pick it up, I'll register it on the audi-s-cars
web page and make sure to bookmark that site!
