Yes.  If the relay panel in your UrQ is the same as the early 4000 (located
under the dash) then the same recall would apply.  To check if your car
already has this campaign done, just check if your fuel pump relay is
still plugged directly into the main fuse/relay panel.  If so, then it's
not yet done.  The campaign relocates the fuel pump relay off the panel
(to a separate circuit).
