Illuminated window switches; repair

I've just checked my Alldata disc... nothing.

Can someone please shed a little light (intended pun) on the repair of
armrest window switches? Of the four switches on my driver's door armrest,
the rear - right switch is no longer illuminated. I'm assuming that this is
simply a dirty contact situation, but I have no idea on how to actually
remove the switches. Is this simply a matter of prying the switch loose
with a flat head screwdriver?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated, folks.
