Fraud is a big word usually misenterpreted as "inept" and then unable to admit
a mistake. 
Don't forget,generally speaking new car dealers are organanized in such a way
that all departments are required to make a profit. That is why the sales dept
is particularly nice to you. They want you to buy a car "today" The service
dept on the other hand,particularly in the case of a used car, feels the sales
dept sold a junk to someone and they're stuck with the problems which limit
their ability to make their profit. Thats why independants that provide good
service are frequently best for the used car owner, since there is only one
point to focus on. Your car.
