Subject: Illuminated window switches; repair

Can someone please shed a little light (intended pun) on the repair of
armrest window switches? Of the four switches on my driver's door armrest, the
rear - right switch is no longer illuminated. I'm assuming that this is simply
a dirty contact situation, but I have no idea on how to actually
remove the switches. Is this simply a matter of prying the switch loose
with a flat head screwdriver?

Remove the armrest (allen wrenches through holes on bottom). Pull straight
away from door. Switches slide out. Unplug switch; take it apart, replace
the bulb (unsolder/resolder) with Radio Shack 12V
DC, 60mA micro lamps in a 2-pack (Cat. No. 2721092B). Use contact cleaner to
clean switch contacts (or very fine emery paper).
