How to test:  First switch front wheel/tires to rear and rear to front to see
if noise is still from rear?  No?  Bad tire(s).

Still have noise?  Does it get worse with speed?  How about at 50, 60 or 70
mph and turning?  More noise when turning right? (suspect LR wheel bearing).
When turning left? (RR Wheel bearing).  I think that's right.  Failing bearing
tends to make more noise under load.
