You aren't kidding about these Tauruses-on-steroids, Igor.  I was at an
autocross last Sunday and there was a 5-sp. SHO that indeed had a lot of
power.  Too bad most of it was being used to smoke the tires and very
little to actually move the car.  That car couldn't brake, turn, or
accelerate.  All it did was scrub into and thru the turns and do a
burnout at the exit.  Needless to say, his times weren't very good and
his tires aged like 20k mi. in 10 minutes ;)
