Superfluos Parts Service from Dealer - NOT

Hi All:

I'll keep it short just need to get it off my chest and blast Heishman's
Audi in Arlington, VA.

Me:  "Hi, I special ordered some parts yesterday and I realized I missed
one.  Can you check if you have it in stock?"

Audi:  "Sure, what part is it?"

Me:  "It is a sealing ring for one of the AC hoses.  It is on page
29 of the microfiche I have but the part number is on a page that's
missing."

Audi:  "Where does it go?  I need to know where the part goes.  I can't
look it up otherwise."

Me:  "One of the sealing rings at the condensor.  It's part of the
AC system.  Can you just look up ACC on the fiche."

Audi:  "Yeah, hold." click

Audi:  "This is the pparts manager, what part do you need?"

Me:  "AC sealing ring" (Audi interrupts me here)

Audi:  "I can't look it up unless" (I interrupt)

Me:  "Do you guys have a bad attitude about this?"

Audi:  "Yeah we have a bad attitude"

Me:  "Goodbye."  Click!

Bastards!  I fell better now, thanks :)
