Linda seems fine with looking up part numbers for me. I always allow extra
time for her to do so. She is almost always juggling calls from us listers
when I call ;-). (Her comment is "we all talk too much on the computer.") The
only time (so far) that the wrong part arrived, she was very helpful in
straightening it out and sent a UPS call-tag to return the wrong part and
issued credit no questions asked. When working with a local Porsche/Audi
dealership parts manager years ago (I did all their Blaupunkt repair so I had
a professional relationship) he always just let me look at the fiche myself.

Of course we would all be better off with one of those new CD ROM dealership
parts listings in hand...Mark???? ;-)
