Said the same thing to Didi last week.  She said when Audi issues the
service techs new CDROMs, they HAVE TO return the previous ones.  She also
said AOA might be afraid of 3rd party vendors undercutting dealer prices.
All the more reasons they should be issued to any Audi owner ;-)
