The steak knife method

	Just a touch of nitpicking and clarifying here.  While most of that
description looks pretty reasonable, this line:

	<<Remove wiper blades with the 10mm socket.>>

	does not work for any 5K I've ever worked on.  Takes a 13mm to pull the wiper
blades, so please edit the text as appropriate.  If, on the other hand, you
are removing the wiper assembly, with the arms and blades attached, that does
require a 10mm socket.  Just remove the three 10mms and you're ready to pull.
BUT the black plastic piece mentioned in the next step must be removed with
the wiper assembly because one of the wiper arms goes through it.
