I would prefer not to, but, do as you wish. My point, which you seem to have missed,
dealt with relative risk.

With a hands free phone I would guess it to be no more dangerous
than having a conversation in the car with a passenger. In my opinion, if you know how to
drive neither increases the risk of an accident more than a nominal risk---relatively speaking.
Now, knowing how to drive necessarily encompasses having the mental ability
to judge what is and is not "dangerous" in a given circumstance. So, it goes back
to judgment.

And these people drive safely when not on the phone? Very doubtful.
