The OXS light on the your car is only activated via a counter (it turns on
every so many miles to remind you to check & possibly replace the oxygen
sensor). I doubt that it has anything to do with your new exhaust or
stalling/starting problems. You can reset the OXS light yourself, but
on your car you'd have to get to the reset button inside of your instrument
cluster.
Check all vacuum lines and connections, hoses, etc., to make sure they
are snugly fitted and there are no leaks. Check all underhood wiring
and connectors, and all other obvious things first.
Could there be a blockage in your catalytic convertor? If this is true
then the car would run poorly.
If everything above checks out fine, then you need to go on to do a
more in-depth test of your fuel injection and ignition systems.
