I dunno, I hate to say it but I really don't like this one very much. I
just don't like the term 4x4 in there.

Doesn't look like the Q forms the fourth ring from the font, but I imagine
that on a license plate the Q really would look like a 0. Not bad.

Easy to interpret wrong. It took me a few times to get it and I've actually
met you and seen your car!

Both are cool. The Q's in the middle are nicer I think then the Q's on the
end. They look sorta like eyes.

Don't succumb to the cheesy factor Mike. Avoid it like the plague. It will
haunt you. You will become *that guy*.

Nah...neither of those appeal to me. 


SO if I had to narrow the field down to a few choices, I would pick between

VRSPRNG
OQQO
QOOQ
4000Q

I would be somewhat nervous about the way 0's and O's can really change the
appearance on the plate. Be sure to know what you are getting and that it
will look right. DMV could care less. 
My personal favorite is VRSPRNG, but if you are concerned about non-purists
getting it then I would choose the OQQO. It'll look smooth on the back of
the car. 

BTW, what' s it cost for you Californians anyway for custom plates. It's
pretty much double the cost for NY. 

I really like Bob Myers plate. "Q-SHIP", perhaps it's available in CA?

Of course if it was a front-driver it could be "Q-LESS"
but that would probably always be interpreted as "clue-less".

How about just OOOO, or 0000?
