RE: EPROM part for MAC-02?



Well, the QTC uses a 2516, which is ever so slightly different from the more
common 2716.  From my investigations the 2516 was made only by Texas
Instruments.  What you can do is to install a machined pin socket in place
of the current EPROM and then you can build a 2716=>2516 adapter by using a
couple more machined pin sockets.  If you want more info on the differences
in the pinouts let me know ...
