EPROM part for MAC-02?

What EPROM manufacturer and model will work as a replacement for the
factory PROM in the MAC-02 ECU?

As it turns out, we have an EPROM programmer at work, so I am going to
see if it can handle the EPROM for the MAC-02.  If so, then it looks
like I'll attempt to socket my MAC-02 and customize myself a chip
based on RDH's annotations.
