VDO boost gauge adjustable?

Before I go taking my dash apart, are the VDO boost gauges adjustable?

Mine reads ~2 InHg vacuum when the engine is off.  I wired the ECU
back into the fuel pump circuit, and was hitting the overboost cutout
when the boost gauge read ~10psi.  Since the MAC-02 is programmed
for a 12psi boost limit, I suspect the VDO gauge is reading a couple of
psi low.
