My '95 didn't, and the '92 I test drove didn't. That was part
of one of the option packages, the "Convenience" package,
I think....

The lever on the left is for telescope, the lever on the
right is for tilt. Flip them down 90 degrees, adjust, flip
them back up (at least on my '95).

Didn't know there was one. Ruh, roh......
And it *better* handle those gear changes, or mine's gonna be
toast by next year :-)
