Another vote for Master Auto Works (Framingham, MA)

Just wanted to tip my hat publicly for this shop, which I learned about
through this list months ago. I was there this morning to get my AC fixed
(since Bernardie Audi couldn't squeeze me in until after Labor Day!).

I am incredibly impressed. They charged my system, found no leaks, did an
oil & filter change (which I needed), AND vacuumed the car in an hour and a
half, all the while being really interacive with me (giving me status and
so forth). I didn't get to meet the owner (Rick), but his crew is first rate.

I plan to schedule my 45K maintenance work with them -- I am confident they
will do only what's necessary, and I know they'll be at least $100 less
than a dealer.

The best part though is that they are about 10 minutes from home. Capable,
courteous, AND convenient! Can't beat that with a stick anywhere!
