4kq brake pressure regulator

I just noticed brake fluid seeping ever so slightly from the brake pressure
regulator on my 1987 4000 quattro.  Was wondering how common a problem this
is.  Of course I shouldn't complain too much.  At 175k miles and counting,
the car has been rock solid.  I priced a replacement at the local dealer --
$238 -- WOW.  Called around and found one at GPR for $89.  Whew, that's much
better.

BTW, anybody have a set of H&R springs for the 4kq for sale.  I've been
autoxing the car lately and I'd like to reduce some of the excessive body
roll.
