Help exporting Car from US to Europe

Maybe someone can help me.  My ex-girlfriend from a Looong time ago just
bought a new '97 H*nda Accord SE  last August in Michigan.  Now she took a job
offer back in Germany (leaving in two weeks) and would much rather ship her
new car to Germany, instead of having to sell it here.  Anyone know of any
special requirements to export it to Germany and whether the headlights, etc.
would have to be changed to euro-spec before sending it to Deutschland?  

I know, I think she should have an Audi, but she's hooked (as it were) to the
H*ndas, as she had one also when she lived in Germany the previous 7 years.
