That's too much money.  You can buy a rebuilt rack from Jorgen Automotive
for about $160 USD exchange.  There is a $100 core charge which is refunded
when they receive your old rack.  The Jorgen rack is rebuilt with stainless
steel sleeves and carries a lifetime warranty.
