Servicing V8 Torsen-need advice
I had a similar problem with my 1990 V8. The problem was not in the
driveline, but was caused by an improperly reinserted ABS sensor in one
of the wheels. It seems that this sensor not only works with the ABS,
but is also the input to the electronic center diff. If one sensor
doesn't send properly, the diff locks up untill a certain speed is
reached. My problem started when I had the front end alligned. Cheap and
simple fix--goon luck.
