Open sunroof, or tilt the seat back.  

The seats (well, my non powered seats) have an ejection pull handle that
allows the seat to be raised or lowered.  If you are lighter than the
force of the spring in the seat, you could be ejected out the sunroof. 
But for the most part people just experience an abrupt drop in altitude.

Even with the seat lowered there isn't much head room.  I usually have
to lean the seat back a little ways.  (I'm 6'2)  Since I *just* fit
under the ceiling, 6'4 is probably too tall for the car.
