That loony device broke more of those spetial gear boxes than Audi could 
build. Frank doesn't use this gear box as he told me. Bruno is too 
scared to use it as he feels that it will ruin his last box which is too 
pricy to replace. None of this can hold up to a good crash box. It does 
however allow that very different driving style of not having to press 
clutch.

Mt Washington is short so may be his conventional gear box will survive 
this shifter.
