     Not here in the US, there was a survey a few years ago,
     when asked whether they would prefer to have teeth
     extracted or take their car to a dealer for service,
     the vast majority of the respondents with dealer
     experience chose tooth extraction as their reply.

     Ask fellow UK listers where to take the car. I'd just
     write off trying to get satisfaction from this dealer,
     it'll only end up costing you much more money and
     aggravation.  I have heard of this happening (although
     NOT an Audi, but a Porsche) from the incorrect
     engine/transmission type being punched into the scanner
     to reprogram the warning lights. (shut them off)
