AUDI 80 HEATER replacement

My AUDI 80 from 1998, has the radiator for the inside heating broken. I
have
by-pass the refrigeration circuit. Now, the summer is ending and  I want
to
replace the radiator. I know  that it must be done from the inside of
the
car, dismounting the console. Have somebody the steps to follow to do
that ?
Is a complicate work ?  Do I need special tools ? 

The car doesn+t have air conditioning.
