     Another thing to do would be to pressure test both
     the cap and the system.  I had a similar problem
     with boilover, on the '84 5KS it was a bad coolant
     reservoir cap, and on the '90 V8Q the coolant
     reservoir itself was leaking, imperceptibly, but
     the system was not holding any pressure as it would
     all be relieved throught a bad steel insert in
     the reservoir.  Simple to check and worth a look.
