Any reason(s) to believe that the DOT-approved versions are of higher
quality (saftey) level than the best of the non-approved brakelines?
I don't underestimate the importance my car's brakes, so I'm not looking to
cut corners foolishly--just not spend more than necessary. Can someone
recommend a reliable source of non-approved stainless brakelines that would
be a good alternative for street use?
