Thanks for all for the info received.  I retorqued the bolt, although I had
used blue loctite, I did not want to question this job again.  This time I
used a longer extension on the cheating bar for 36 inches this brought the
torque to 420, minus the lost torque in flexing in the extensions say 50
pound I get 370 , so over  337.  By the way loctite make a nice site, if
you look up the 573 specification ( as mentioned in the bently) you will
see it is a low strength long to set flange adhesive.
