Totally agree!  My Dremel (and its flexible extention) are very high-use tools.

Nutsplitter?  Why bother when a Dremel with a cut-off wheel can do the job in 
seconds?
Sanding, burnishing... all simple and quick.

Using it as a drill is interesting, though.  When I first got it, I tried to 
use it at 10,000 rpm to drill a hole in metal using a cheap bit.  The bit 
actually melted before my eyes!  

All-in-all, a great toy!.... uh, I meant "tool"!
