HELP..!! Where can I find a good price on a clutch??

Hi,
I have a 1987 5000 Quatro.
Noisy throw-out bearing & need to replace the cluth & pressure plate as well.
Is it a major job to do this?  Is the 5-spd. heavy & will I need a jack for it.
Is it hard to pull the front axles & Quattro back drive?
Where can I get a good price on the clutch kit & what Brand do you recomend?
Do I need to resurface the flywheel?
