4k non-q to q?

Finally got my wreck/insurance stuff taken care of. Thank you to all that
gave me advise on what to settle and not to settle for. The other guy was
100% at fault, but never contacted his insurance company.....I had to fax
the police report to his company, prove liability, yada, yada. So - I bought
the car for $2300 in March, put about $1500 into it. They wanted to total it
for $3260, and said I could keep it for $200. I said sure, may have been
able to get more, but don't have the time to mess with court; I figure $3060
isn't bad for an 85 4kqs with 150k on it. It's still driveable but not pretty.

Again, choices to make. I've found a few 4k's in the area, in good
mechanical/body shape, but all are non-q.

Question: can I put my 85 4kqs 5-cyl. engine and q-transmission into a 85-87
4k body?

Thanks for any advise on this - if possible conversion not possible, then
WTB 85-87 4kq with very good body, mileage not an issue (I'll use mine as a
parts car).
