Tried to replace all my lines last year and had a heck of a time finding it.
  
1. Audi/VW didn't carry it.
2. Friendly laughter from local industrial/hydraulic supplier.
3. Made the rounds to local European car mechanics and eventually pieced
together all the sizes (I think there were four).  

Last garage still had box it came in.  Manufacturer or supplier was WURTH. 
No address or phone #.
