Re: Food for thought/Clinton's dead friends(no audi content)

Sorry you took such offense. I ID'ed it with no Audi content. I equate it
with other submissions, like Microsoft humor or such. Just interesting, but
I'm not on an anti-Clinton crusade and it didn't get me all emotional and
salivating for his head.

Haven't sent anything like it to the list before and am a little surprised
by the animosity you expressed. Personally, I've pretty much had it with
all of the Starr "revelations", but I thought this was pretty interesting
food for thought. But then, I've thought poorly of Clinton since before he
ever ran in the primaries. And yes, I am now a registered Republican
(consider where I live now) but I didn't vote for Reagan and I did vote for
Carter. Something my parents taught me...character counts. And there are
only so many coincidences in this life.

Again, my apologies to offending your obvious sensitivities. Although, as I
re-read your response, and as you can tell from mine, I am getting a little
annoyed by your "outrage". Reminds me of Carville (sp?) on the Today show
that my wife had on the tube as I headed out to work earlier this week. Why
respond to the query when you can blow hard and spout the same line again
and again ad nauseum.

Tell me. Did you read the whole thing??

I bow to the list and Dan, for any censure. As for you, Rob, and that
response, why don't you join me? That kind of over-emotional knee-jerk
flaming is what we never worried about years ago when Dan started the list.
Criticize without the bile.  I take responsibility for posting the message;
you can take responsibility for the response.

Of course, if you just responded in the midst of a pain in the a** bad day
and really didn't mean to be that much of a flamer, friends and colleagues
don't hold grudges.

Whatever. I apologize to whomever was offended by the original message and
by this response. This is my end to this on the list.

Steve
