I was really just reminding everyone that deals made on the list can and do
go well, and that in every buying or selling situation, a degree of caution
and care is advisable.

Trying to point out the good things the list can be in the face of negativity.

That's my point - just reminding everyone that there is hope and that, for
the most part, folks on the list are good at heart.
