Careful, some might consider this sort of talk "hate speech". It always
amazes me that we seek to more strickly control free speech on the most free
medium of them all. For we who own older Audis, anything that concerns newer
cars may be drivel, and vice versa. For quattro folks, a certain subject
(carefully not mentioned) might be the urging for 100 emails, for others
it's a WOB. There is life beyond Audi (yes, I know it's a shock) and
sometimes, just sometimes, because we are all civilized people, we get
excited about the outside world and we want to share it. It will not be
wrong to privately email that person and share your feelings about Germanic
Automobile mailing list purity. It is though not civil to call another's
passion idiotic or their posting drivel. Irrelevant to the subject, yes, but
to a Tennessee fan (or even a Florida Gator hater) not drivel. Just let them
know and leave it at that. JM2ct as always.
