Climate control fault code

My CQ is displaying an error code of 15 on the climate control when I
put it in diagnostic mode.  This is defined as "Adjustment motor for
temp flap V68 (with feedback potentiometer) is set improperly."  Does
this mean I need a new V68 temp flap motor?  Or is there some sort of
adjustment for it?  Is this motor behind the dash somewhere?  My climate
control is not even close to working correctly.

Sorry for all the dumb questions, but I just got this car and I want to
start enjoying it, but these little problems are troubling!  I don't
have my Bentley yet for this car but it is on its way.
