Whoops, I misread you "c-c doesn't work" why did I think you said it
worked?

See other posts re: that's probably the hose to the pedals.  there is
one open hose from the cc pump but there's no T on it.

When you set the CC the pump sucks an appropriate vacuum into (from?)
the little bellows, pulling on the throttle.  If this vacuum is
interrupted the CC turns off.  That is what the switches on the pedals
(one pedal if Automatic trans) do.  they are connected to a T in the
line to the bellows.  Follow your lines, see if they make sense
according to this...
