Speaker grill, 1990 200TQ

Hi Folks.

I have a minor crack in the radio speaker grill, driver's door. I
suspect someone's toe caught it upon closing the door some time. The
grill looks fine if the crack edges are pushed flush, but there is a
noticeable vibration at high volume levels (no, at 44 I still haven't
grown up). Can anyone tell me if the grill comes off by itself, without
removing the entire door panel (and how it comes off, before I wreck it
in the attempt)? At a glance it looks like it might be a separate piece.
