Easiest fix is to pull the bulb out and heat the lens with a hair dryer to
evaporate the moisture (if there's any in there), then replace the bulb.
Next, get some clear silicone and a couple Qtips and plug the hole.  If you
have glass coverage, your insurance may cover the cost of the lens assy;
most glass policies are $0 deductible.
