S4 HP Mods

I have a 94 S4 that is need of some performance mods. I am currently
chipped with the IA chip (plus KN panel filter), but after my last track
date (Mosport) it became clear I could use more power.

I guess the next step is a new exhaust manifold and larger turbo charger.

I'd like to target a 0-60 in the 5.0sec range, and quater mile in the
13.3-13.5sec. I would guess I need about 330-350hp to meet these goals. 

MANIFOLD:
-  I can go with the RS2 manifold.
-  Intended Acceleration has their own manifold.
1. Are there others?
2. Is there a preferred choice? 
3. Any idea of costs?

TURBO:
-  I want more power but I don't want to completely loose low end
   drivability.
1. What turbo chargers are commonly recommended to upgrade the 20V turbo? 
2. Any experiences with variable geometry turbo chargers?
3. Any idea on costs?

CHIP:
-  Since I already own the IA chip, and have been very happy with it and
   Ned's service, I intend to upgrade to his 3.0BAR chip. 
1. Comments?

OTHER:
1. Any experiences with the Greddy Profec on the 20V turbo? Is it worth
   it?

Does anyone have any other advice? I'm still a novice in the Audi arena
(less than a year but quickly becoming hooked), and would appreciate any
advice I can get.
