How replace 4kq front window.

I have an 84' 4kq.  My driver side, front window is very scratched from
I dont know what the previous owner did to it.  I found an 84' 4kq at
junk yard with same style front window, this car has the opening front
quarter window.
    Question is:  How the Heck do you do it.  Door panel does not
separate outer skin like some, even with it unbolted and all the rubber
stuff out of the door, it still wont come out.  If anyone has BTDT and
been succesful I would love to hear how to do it.   thanks
