The dealer coolant is good but spendy, a good alternative is Siera coolant.

I just can't remember this.  For NF engine w/OE plastic/metal rad:

what type of antifreeze is needed, phosphate/nitrite free?
What brands qualify?

flush products?  prestone ok - claims safe for aluminum cooling systems
